Just happened to me. I do online banking, found a negative available balance, my check is direct deposit. Had a judgement against me, I wrote letter committing to $50 a month, they accepted several checks, checked my balance the other day, after talking to my credit union-- my account is frozen for 6 weeks. Never notified. I have bills paid automatically, all will bounce---any advice. I have $4.00 cash on me to last 6 weeks. I find this very unethical. it's just not right!!

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.
Did they ever accept the agreement? Just accepting your checks was not enough. As for unethical, I don't know why you defaulted, but isn't reneging on a debt also unethical?
As to what you can do now, I doubt if there is much you can do. You can try cancelling the automatic bills. For starters. But if they have a judgement against you, then they have the right to attach your account.
