Well it is a very common name Susan, or a "different" sort of name.
When I was searching for someone, I used a professional search company,
The persons name was EVA, current last name would not be known,
But Ihad a range of age and I knew the race.
This was a national search and I got a couple thousand name and address.
But with a closer address of where they live, age and anme, a professional search firm should be able to narrow it a lot closer.
Of course this is if the person has a drivers licence, utilities in their name or something that will triger them on some file. A lot of people live what is called "under the radar" nothing in their name.
Good luck

Thanks for the response. Her name is January which to me is highly unusual so hopefully I won't have too much of a problem finding her. Ill try a search company and see what I can come up with

The more correct info you can give them, it will narrow the search, but be sure not to give wrong info ifyou can help.
The ones I have delt with charge per 100 names plus a fee for the search.
Cost is a relitive to your income, my search cost about 300 dollars but it had a lot of names. I then paid a mailing company to mail out a letter to everyone on the list ( cost a lot more money)
Sadly I did not ever find the EVA I was looking for, but my data was 30 years old, so if the right EVA did get a letter, she decided not to repsond.
