I have a Kenmore Ultra Wash 2 and when I turn it on, there is a grinding sound. Perhaps some got stuck. I am trying to dismantle the washing machine to search for the problem. I don't have a manual and it seems daunting to try to figure this one out.

Question: Does anyone know where I can get a manual for the Ultra Wash 2?

Go to the Sears web site. Look under parts. They have all the manuals for all eqipment back to the 1940's. They are not cheap to buy but at least you can get one.
