He is a small chichihaua (sp), he keeps his tail tucked , will not come out from under the bed, is not interested in his toys nor riding in the car. He had vomited several times. Please help I don't want to lose him!

Just put my Lab down in Sept for similar problems. For him it was a tumor on his heart. Only way to know what is wrong for sure is a trip to the Doctor.

With the additional symptoms of not drinking, vomiting, tucked tail, etc. it leaves no doubt you have a sick dog. It is highly unlikely anybody but a vet can help. I wouldn't delay.
