What are the deep structure diagram and the flat structure diagram, any one can send simple shapes of those kinds.

I do not believe that those are "standards" that industries or organizations use to describe their makeup.
I searched through a few hits here (http://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=en&lr=&newwindow=1&safe=off&q=%22deep+structure%22%22flat+structure%22organiza tion+OR+organizations+&btnG=Search), but could not find good talk about it.
