Ceiling fan doesn't work, remote is color coded, light comes on but not fan hamilton beach

Is there a wall switch that is also capable of turning the lfan on? Do you have a volt meter? Have you visually inspected the ceiling connections for any loose wires?

Does the fan have pullchains? How is it wired? What happens when you attempt to control it with the remote, does the LED light up? Did you just install it? Did it ever work? We need more information.
