I don't know what happened but all of a sudden I have no sound. Its rather irritating. But one day to the next all my audio set up's were gone. It says I don't have anything installed... please help me :):confused:

Whenever something just disappears its time to go back to initial setups and make sure that no one did something silly.

Go to the Control Panel and then to "Hardware" Device Manager. Do you see the adapter there? What message to you get on the screen?

Of course there is always the possibility that the Volume is turned off by the PC and all you need to do is turn it back on.

Finally, please check all electrical connections for the speakers and make sure that the speakers have the power they need to operate.
