well this all started when I was 13 I was a average masterbater and I used my shampoo and conditioner as my lube and after awhile I got a few whitish bumps on random areas on the underside of my penis I sqeezed one that I still have to date and it has white pus that comes out normally and I have some that has none that comes out, now I have quite a few like 50 not all over but random spots on the underside of my penis none on the head but now I am 15 and I'm scarred it might be herpes or something, also and now I got this redish soar on the inside of my mouth under the bottom lip I popped it and now its gone (happned week ago pop gone next day) and now I started masturbation today and a little bit of blood came out of the head omy penis I stopped instantly and I'm assuming it's a cut or something from wrestling practice today please tell me if you know . The rash has started to come over the sides of my penis and up to the top at the bottom of my penis in the past couple of months I don't want it to spread or anymore so please if you have any advice on symptoms of what might happen please tell me what these small whitish bumps that some of them have white non-liquid but lick pus that comes out please tell me because I don't want to die a virgin because of this.

Go to the doctor. You'd be surprised at how many people will be understanding.

Not really sure where you are but in most countries there are free clinics you can go to and they can't tell your parents by law. Just call up and make an apointment and they'll tell you whatever is wrong and what to do about it. Here's a list of the us ones. Free Clinics (http://yourstdhelp.com/free_clinic_locator.html)
