If you can access your 2007 W2 online, after they are done, depends upon your company policy. Many companies do not have any online access.

I suspect that you may mean your 2006 W-2. Many companies DO give online access to their employee's W-2.

Contact your employer to see if he does provide on-line access.

You CANNOT access your W-2 online with the IRS, however.

Log on to W-2 eXpress (http://www.w2express.com), There you can get your w2 online. Just follow the instructions hopefully your employer is listed.
