I have a 2003 Honda Accord the heater is blowing cold air. I checked the coolant level it is OK I replaced the thermostat and did not correct the problem. The engine temp is getting up to normal but still the heater is blowing cold air. This improves somewhat when I turn off the A/C. Any help would be appreciated. Can anyone tell me if there is a TSB issued on this?

I would check the climate controls , could be "stuck" on cold

Thanks white rook you are correct. It is the valve under the hood that controls the flow through the heater core. It just looked as though it was operating but in fact the control lever is corroded completely off. I will have to replace the valve. Thanks again
