Assuming no heat or AC, I arrive at 80.89 amps.
The range only needs to be calculated at 8Kw.
The dryer at 6Kw.
3 watts per square foot x 1800 SqFt=5400 watts+3000w small appliance+1500 laundry.
First 3000 watts at 100% plus the remaining at 35%+8Kw+6Kw/ 240 volts=80.89 amps

What is the minimum number of 120-volt, 2 wire branch circuit that would be required for this home?

3 watts per square foot x 1800 SqFt = 5400 watts/120 volts = 45 amps / 15 amps per circuit = minimum of 3 -15 amp general purpose lighting circuits.

The keyword is TK's last post is "Minimum".
You can put more circuits in to meet your needs, but you cannot put less then 3 circuits.
