what is the penalty for shoplifting valued S$46.00 in Singapore context ?

May be possible jail time and HEAVY fines, shoplifting is one of the BIGGEST no-no's in singapore.

Hi ckow2001, I discussed with the lawyer and he said that they are going to be lieral as days gone. They may give you a warning with a fine.
