My question is , how can be my qualification recognized as graduate degree in USA

You will need to talk to the university you attended and see if they can get your transcripts and if they are transferrable.

Look at the graduate school catalogs for the schools you're applying to, and see what their policies are regarding transfer of credits from schools overseas. Also, contact the departments you're applying to and see what they advise. This will vary from school to school, but they're usually good about this sort of thing. What matters isn't the policies of the departments you attended regarding transfer of credits out, but of the schools you're applying to in the USA regarding transfer of credits in.
