Im not sure if this really goes here or not, but I'm putting it here anyway. I've noticed some posts that revolve around writing a mock letter to your ex so as not to break the no contact rule, well... In light of today's events, I decided that I was going to put one up for confessions; the stupid things we do to get over our exs that are just flat out idiotic, the things we've done or said that we possibly regret, about breaking the no contact rule or whatever. I know that right now I don't really have anyone I can talk to about all of that without getting a lot of critism and honestly that's not really what I need right now, and from reading some other post I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one!

Feel free to confess your heart out, critism free.

Alternately go outside take your shoe off and finding a concrete step kick it hard. I mean really hard. So that the nail peels off.

Don't send him a letter. My mother told me that if I want to send my letter an ex then write it place it in an envelope address it like it was going to be sent. Then take it and burn it. It will make you feel better to get things out of your system but you never actually send it to him.

I agree you shouldn't send it. I also agree writing the letter and not sending it is very therapeutic. I would be cringing like crazy now if I'd actually sent it though.
