OK I am soooo confused. I'm 3 weeks late and have experienced no morning sickness but didn't with my 1st child either. But I have been experiencing back pain, heavier secretion, tierdness, cravings, moodiness, all the simple signs of pregnancy but every test comes back negative! I'm sooo confused. I would go get a blood test done but I have no medical. Someone please help me out

There really is no way to determine if you are pregnant or not without blood work.

Do you have a local health department you can go to?

I would have to go to the hospital to get blood work done and that is really expensive. But I have heard of this happening to other people where the test comes back negative until way later... I just hate not knowing and feeling pregnant...

I feel your pain. I never got a positive HPT until about 4 months pregnant, when I should be getting negatives instead of positives. LOL

Have you contacted a local planned parenthood?

Plan parenthood wouldn't cover me cause I do live with my daughters father and he has a pretty good job and he makes like 200 dollars more then there limit to cover me under the take charge program and they don't do blood work at all! So I was paying out of pocket for all my birthcontrol but it got expencive over 50 dollars every month. And I wanted to lose weight so I got off it and had one period and haven't had one since.

Ah, there we go!! Bingo the light just went on THANK YOU!!

You just quit your birth control and you haven't had a period yet right?

If this is the case, this is VERY common. It takes a while after stopping BC for your body to kick in the endogenous (natural) hormones that the pill was giving you (exogenous). Depending on what pill you were taking, it may take up to a few months to get a regular period back.

Are you using any other form of birth control? If not, I would suggest you start.

I am not trying to be judgmental here, but you can't afford $50 per month, how can you afford a baby? You know the answer to that question since you already have a child.

I have had a period since I got off the birth control and iwas on the pill but my last month I didn't do so well with taking it everyday.. . And its not that we can't afford it I just said it got expencive and I got off it to lose weight. We are financially stable and could afford another baby I would put myself in the situation to bring a baby into the world regardless on if I wanted to lose weight if we couldn't take care of it. We are OK with the idea of having another baby...

I meant I wouldn't put myself in that situation!

Cool... glad to hear that you can afford a baby should you be pregnant. It was just your posts eluded to not having the money for birth control or not enough money for a blood test more so than losing weight.

As I said above, it can take several months for your period to regulate again after coming off any kind of birth control. And, as you already know, not every pregnancy has symptoms. If you can't get the blood test, you are unfortunately playing the waiting game.

I mean I could go get the blood test I just don't want to spend the money just in case it comes out negative you know?? So I have been playing pregnant just in case, no drinking, no drinkning soda and all that stuff. Ill probably just wait a couple weeks and if I still don't have my period than I will go get the blood test for sure! Thanks for your help I didn't mean to bit your head off there's just a lot more factors to the story that lead up to my question so I apoligize.. see moodiness lol...

You didn't bite my head off, LOL... No worries Luv...

I just need the WHOLE picture to give adequate help.

Make sure too, that you are taking a vitamin that contains folic acid until you know for sure.
