The problem you have listed is
-3.6P_0+83.3=\left(3 \frac 4 7\right)P_0+46.4
and you want to solve for P0.
First I'll convert 3 4/7 to 3.57
-3.6P_0+83.3=\left(3.57\right)P_0+46.4 \\
\text {move the constants to the left and the P0 terms to the right} \\
83.3-46.4=\left(3.57+3.6\right)P_0 \\
\text {combine like terms} \\
36.9=\left(7.17\right)P_0 \\
\text {divide by the P0 multiplier} \\
36.9/7.17=P_0 \\
\text {divide the left side} \\
P_0=5.15 \\
Your first problem is when you moved 46.4 to the left you got 37, but it should be 36.9.
Your second problem is that you divided 37 by 7 6/35 incorrectly. I'm not sure what you did to get 0.1938 but you should have converted 7 6/35 into a single fraction, 251/35 and then divided 37 by that or multiplied by 35/251 which would have given 1295/251... which is still wrong because of your first mistake.
Hope this helps!
