I'm planning on attending university in a few years and have a few ideas on what I would like to take.
I was searching on a few university web sites to get an idea of the type of courses I would like to take and I can across women studies. I don't know exactly what women studies is other than the study of feminism. I have tried to look more into it, but I can't find much info on it. I am kind of intrested in it, but I need a bit more info. Can anyone help me out with this?

Have any of you guys taken women studies, and did you like it?
Is there more to it then just feminism?
Are there good quality jobs out there for people who studied women studies?

My best friend is taking Women Studies. She loves it. And Feminism isn't just about WOMEN, that's the point. It's about EQUALITY for ALL. It's a really good class to take, and she tries to get me to take it all the time. I'll be taking it as one of my pre-reqs really soon. I see it as a great thing to learn, no matter who you are.

As far as someone that majored in women's studies, I don't really know what good careers there are for that. You might want to contact your college counselor for such information.

As this is only the first post to your question, I know there will be more people here that have better answers for you.
