[F]Greetings:
Just heard this term today. What is needed to show my financial support, legally, now that the father has been charged with molestation and not aiming towards recovering..
Dpt. Rev. and my Atty give no solution except to allow the relitive have acess to the checking account.
Because of the two-states we're in and the account in another state, she will be on a POA... --- Is there anything lacking?

Hello Does:
You'll need to spell out some things for us. I don't know what you're trying to DO. I don't know if you need to show that YOU supported someone, or THEY supported you. Recover what from who? Your attorney for what?
Help ME, so I can help YOU.

Thank you for your reply, x-con. -- the siduation is one of scandal by LAW. The childs' father has connections, as this is a high profile case. -- In the end, his terrorist behavior left us in the dust to gravel while he gloted over our loss.
5 years later, over a series of events he was discovered and put in jail. Before this, he was able to demand child-support while I was the one treated as a criminal.
The Dept. o Rev. stopped the support, meanwhile the same Sarasota, Fl rackiteers hit me with a lawsuit. This would serve to protect THEM from PROVIDING this creature the means to carry out his evil deeds.
Finally, they require a list of things from me, one of which is support. However, when I phoned repetedly, the best they offered was to have the relitive who now has "OS" to have access to an account. - -- - While this is in process, I heard of the term, "Personal support" ~ My thought was that there were another way to SHOW my support so the system Recognised it. -- []?
