Check with your doctor about the supplements because sometimes you need higher doses to combat certain symptoms but you don't want to get into toxic levels.

Call Lutheran Social Services or Catholic Charities or your county's social services in order to get a counselor who will come to your home and work with you on a regular basis to conquer your anxiety and agoraphobia. The counselor will use cognitive-behaviorial techniques to help you gradually get back out in the world. You also may need medication, at least temporarily, to smooth out your brain chemistry so the cognitive stuff will work better.

My sil had this. The only solution for her was to do exactly what I suggested for you. I had a client with OCD who couldn't leave her apartment because she couldn't trust herself to lock the door. So take heart; there are others who suffer from what you are experiencing, and they have gotten help so that they can live a normal life again.
