Hello we were scamed two weeks ago. We lost over 4K of our friends money. We need a personal loan of 30K at 6% paid over 12 years. This would allow a payment that would fit into our budget with out straining it. We could start saving again. We do not have a car due to our van was re-poed in Oct. We got into this shape because of me Suzanne. I let my sister into our lives believing that she had changed. She preceded to play the family card and took us for over 10K that we did not and could not give. She is a scam artist and she is very good at what she does. She is no longer welcome into our home or into my family. She stole items out of our home then lied and saying she had not seen the item. I found the item in question inside of her car while she was in a store. So what we need is enough money to pay off our debts and buy a used van and have a little left over to have a small Christmas.
Do you know anyone that might be able to help us. We will go through VirginMoney and make the contract legal and binding, or we will have out lawyer draw up the contract. We WILL NOT SCAM ANYONE!!

Have you visited your local bank branch or credit union branch? They're often easiest to work with as paying back loans go, and if your credit is otherwise good you can probably get a low interest rate. Unfortunately you can't choose your own interest rate, any institution will want to set it for the loan themselves and how long you have to pay back.

Hmmm, 4K of your friends money and another 6K to equal the 10K you said your sister scammed you out of along with a reposessed car? Makes me think there are some financial management concerns for you to be thinking about.

Family or not, you need to get your finances under control and quit borrowing! Take a look at something like the Tightwad Gazzette and apply the principles to your life.

You can't give someone bad reputation unless they are rude or tell you to do something that's very very dangerous. It is not my fault you have bad credit, and it's not a bad idea to take control of your finances and stop worrying about other family like your sister.

Ew, I though newbies couldn't give reddies anymore because they abuse the rating system.
