Honda-Tech.com: Honda Accord (2003 - Current): Getting Radio Code How-to (http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=2167309)
First paragraph, if no tag, sticker or card, have some kid who does car stereos pull it out for you to get the serial number, the dealer should not charge if you have the number.

I had the same problem with my 1999 Honda CRV. I took mine in to the Honda dealership to have them pull the radio and reset the code. The service writer said they always put the code on the cars permently so you don't have to worry about losing them. He took about 30 seconds to find mine. It was scribed on the back of the ashtray. After finding it he set the code in less than a minute and didn't charge me anything. Nothing but good things to say about my Honda Dealership( Jerry Damson Honda, Huntsville, al). Hope this helps someone.

The code should have been recorded in your Owner's Manual. Otherwise, you'll need to contact the dealer.
