Suppose that your working in a building that has three 3 kW ovens a 20 kW water heater and a 3 kW deep fryer all in a commercial kitchen what would be the demand load for all of these I looked in the NEC and still can't figure it out :confused:

Read Section 220.56 of the Read Section 220.56 of the NFPA 70: National Electrical CodeŽ (http://www.nfpa.org/aboutthecodes/AboutTheCodes.asp?DocNum=70&cookie%5Ftest=1)

Here you will find a table that lists the demand factors for multiple appliances in a kitchen other than residential. Five appliances will be 70% of the total Kw.
