Call your lawyer that did the bankruptcy. They should be able to find out. Or pull up a credit report. You can get a free credit report annually. Google "free annual credit report" and it will give you the website.

My brother is currantly on the bankruptcy register my father passed away recent we are now ready and have a buyer for the house how will it affect him any idea. If he makes contact with IVA then they may take his money of him!
