I was changing a blown bulb and it sheared off and sparked now the lights or the fan don't work. It is a hampton bay with light kit and 3 pull chains operated from a wall switch. Please help.

Three pull chains? Does it also have a remote control, or RF wall switch?

If so, you shorted the receiver and you can wire the fan without it and control from the pullchains/wall switch. If not, check the circuit breaker and all connections.
