Have elec storage heaters which are very expensive to run , and need a weather warning 2 days in advance to know when to switch them on!

Recently switched the emersion heater off because the open coal fire seems to be boiling the water in the Hot water tank... and since we only have showers, seems a lot wasteful , just for washing the dishes.

Question :Can I tap this hot water and flow it to 2 or 3 rads around the house with/without some form of pump?

No unless your system is designed to use gravity as a pump and most of those systems have been gone from hot water systems for years.
