Hi I am 28 & still I don't have sex with any girl, but for first time I am going to have sex with my girlfriend she is virgin, will it be pain ful, kindly help

It may be a bit painful for her as it will be her first time she may be nervous but saying that everyone is different. It will also depend how nervous she is, as if she is very nervous her muscles will tighten which will make it hard to have sex. Try and make sure you are both relaxed and have lots of kissing etc before.
I am sure you will be fine though.
