I've notice that when I date before I date some one I like them a lot but when I date them it feels weird and I don't feel anything:eek: any more only hollowness

Your heart is keeping you alive. It's your head that tells you who and who not to date. Trust your instincts. May I ask what age you are?

That actually happened to me with my first bf( still with him) after you date it feels weird but it could be you just need to get to know the person and if you have common interests like skating or watching horror flicks, just do that stuff with them and you may eventually feel a spark because it's good to have fun in a relationship that way you both are smiling and happy but a lot of it is on trust too, because we all hate to have our heart broken but just let yourself go and like caralyn said trust your instincts.

15. I think Starhope made a very good point in that we don't feel anything especially special in the beginning. We agree to go out with someone we like but it takes time to get to know each other, and it is only by being friends and getting to know each other that special things begin to happen. As long as things are going along the way we want, we can afford to go slow and let things simply unfold.
