How can I prepare a new professional business plan for a company?

Since we don't know anything about your company (and you do), please write a rough draft of a business plan and post it.

Or, Google "business plan sample" (without quote marks, or similar keywords) to pull up some sample plans.

OR, if you are anywhere near a public library, go there and ask a reference librarian to help you find business plan books. I know they exist because I catalogued several new ones recently for the library where I work.

Two really great places to get help for something like this are http://www.sba.gov/ and SCORE "Counselors to America's Small Business" (http://www.score.org/index.html)

There are samples on those sites which you could tailor to fit your needs.
