I was married for 15 yrs. We divorced almost 3 years ago, my daughter was 13,now 15. At the time of divorce, my exwife got it so that my parenting time would be pending for 6 months. Until another hearing. There was never another hearing because I can't afford an attorney. She accused me of not being stable to be around our daughter with no proof of course, only her motivation of revenge.I have constantly tried to contact my daughter, and mostly unsuccessful, she only contacts me on myspace when she wants money. My exwife has told her details true and untrue, horrible details about our personal problems, and refuses to let her see me. I have tried everything including a motion written up by my attorney for phase in partenting time that my daughter asked me to do.I have no contact with her except to pay 100% of med and dental and 133/week in CS plus her insurance. Myexwife doesn't send me the bills either, so the first I hear of it is that Im in collections or being sued. Now she's not making her go to school, she's truant, on medicine for suicidal thoughts, and flunking out of school. My exwife just recently called me to sign over gurdianship papers so our daughter can attend the high school her boyfriend gos to. It out of control and I haven't seen my little girl in 3 years... what do I do... I feel like I have no rights!! Help!!

You aren't going to get anywhere without an attorney to protect your rights and you DO have rights. Is the school listing her as truant? Then contact children's services and report. Tell them the mother is not being a fit parent allowing your daughter to skip school.

You need to document EVERYTHING.
