Hey What's Up?
I'm 15, and I have Winter Formal not this weekend but next weekend on Saturday (Dec.8th) and I have quite a few questions that I would love for someone to answer
1. Do u have to pay extra for pictures? Or do you just get them with the ticket (I will be buying at school)?
2. What are some good things to bring with you in your purse?
3. Are there any certain things to expect for Winter Formal?
4. What kind of music is usually played?
5. I have a dress for pictures to wear, and I have one to wear for dancing (mainly because my Dad bought me this dress, but it's way too long to dance in , and I can't get it hemmed before the dance,) so I was wondering if anyone knew of a good place to put my dress when I put on my dancing dress (where someone won't take it)?
6. Any tips for slow dancing with your boyfriend?
7. Is the dance style anything like homecoming or?

Thx for your help!! Feel free to add any other tips you have!! Thx!!

In my experience, you have to pay extra for the pictures, they are not included in the ticket price.

2. What are some good things to bring with you in your purse?

A disposable camera, school id and money if you want pictures (I'd get pictures first)

3. Are there any certain things to expect for Winter Formal?

Bring a jacket, it'll be cold outside probably

4. What kind of music is usually played?

Top 40, pop music, things with a fast beat to dance to and a few slow songs

I don't know what your school is like, but I wouldn't leave a dress anywhere. There isn't any way you could pin up the longer dress? (tiny safety pints every few inches or so, pinned from the underneath so as not to show)

6. Any tips for slow dancing with your boyfriend?

Don't step on his toes

7. Is the dance style anything like homecoming or?

Probably almost identical to homecoming, except no court.

1. We always had to pay extra for our pictures, depends on your school.
2. lip gloss, tampon/pad (just in case), cell phone (to call parents to pick you up early if needed), extra money.
3. Expect fun.
4. Again, this depends on the school. My high school they played rap, and that was the reason I only went to one of these things.
5. If your locker is close, put it in there, or see if an adult with watch it for you.
6. Hands where adults can see them, no inappropriate touching, you can get into trouble... look them in the eye... have a nice conversation, or enjoy the silence..
7. This also depends on the school, some dances are themed, some are not, it varies.
8. HAVE FUN!!
