Is it normal for a baby to foam at the mouth while sleeping?

Babies drool and blow bubbles the same as adults can. How bad is the foaming?

How old is the baby? Can you describe the foam? Is it white and frothy? Is it pink and frothy? Ir is it bubbly as Erika suggested above?

How do I respond to J_9? I have not observed the foam and believe it is normal saliva bubbles that could be brought about due to her snoring (which could be a problem as well). She is two years old.

This is a very difficult site to navigate for me. I appreciate everyone's insights.

You replied to me just fine hun. I understand the site can be difficult, but you get used to it.

Many 2 year olds snore, may not be a problem unless she is obese. Many children bubble when they snore, again not really a problem.

If you or her Mom is concerned, get it checked out. Does she have acid reflux or GERD?
