What I know of newer cars the fan ony goes on when needed, such as when the water in the radiator reaches a certain temp. and then it shuts off when done, do you know for a fact that the fan isn't going onat all?

. Check all under-hood and under-dash fuse with a test light or multimeter. Here's how:

. Check connections to fan and ECT Sensor.

. Check for power to fan motor. Test for operation with 12V DC applied.

. Check/replace Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor.

Your car may also have fan switches separate from the ECT, when the temp of the engine cooling system gets hot enough then the fan switch will turn on the fan, many cars do not use the ECT sensor to operate the fan.

Can you please tell us which engine you have and I will do some research for you.

EDIT: Turn on the AC and let us know if all the electrical fans come on please.
