My fiancé is serving 45 days for his first VOP. He is now currently behind on his child support payments. If fact he was in the process of legal modification of his payments when he was arrested. When he is release in 2 weeks can they rearrest him for past due support? And if so is there anyway that I can find out before he is released? Just don't want to be surprised on the courthouse steps that day whether he will be handcuffed again. Where do I research if they issue a warrant or not for this past due amount?

Is this the first time he has become behind on child support?
Arresting is not the first step in trying to collect child support. Usually many steps have to be taken first.
For example, I am in Ohio. My daughters father has had his drivers license suspended multiple times, then he was charged with contempt of court (for violating a child support order), he didn't show up to court so they issued a warrant. He was in jail for a DUI and they brought up that warrant right before he was released. He had to stay in jail until the court date. At the court date he was found guilty of contempt of court in regards to the child support order and child support was increased (the amount he pays on back child support)... he was then let go and told the next time he misses a payment he will spend 30 days in jail.
So many steps were taken and he never really spent time in jail for being behind in child support. The added time he spent in jail was because he failed to appear at the child support hearing.
Unfortunately I don't think you are going to be given any information as far as trying to find out if there is a warrant on him. The court house will usually only give that to the person it involves, law enforcements, or attorneys.

If they have a warrant for his arrest, he will never be released, he will just be served in jail where he is, and have a court date assigned for the new case
