I am with a flooring business, and we have a clent that owes a deal of money on a few accounts and hasn't paid. We would like to put a lien on his propety, what would be the way for us to go about this as a business? Thanks!

Essentially what you are talking about is a mechanics lien. This is when you do work on an asset and can apply a lien to that asset if not paid. Check with the county court on how to file a mechanic's lien.
