I have been taking Napryson (muscle relaxant) for over 15 years 1 tab 2 times a day for muscle spasms. Just this week I was cut back by the doctor and pharmacy stating that Napryson was a short term drug and should not be taken over 60 day period and it can cause problems in later years. Could you tell me what type of problems are they talking about because I have started having problems lately with falling to sleep anywhere yet when I go to sleep I sleep for only a couple of house. Please help!

Since this drug is metabolized in the liver, it seems as though the long term damage would be to the liver itself, which would possibly mean cirrhosis of the liver.
