I am in love with this girl at my school. I have never had a crush like this in all of my life. She is sweet, cute, funny, jewish (major turn-on), she sounds just like Pam from "The Office" (another major turn-on). She is everything I want in a girl. One big problem...SHE HAS A BOYFRIEND. A good looking boyfriend too. Another problem, I am a big dude. I weigh 200+ and I'm not very athletic. I figure I'm screwed. Oh, another problem, there's another kid at my school who is good looking who hangs out with her and seem like there is something there. It's a really tough time in my life.:(

Just because you're "a big dude" doesn't matter. Trust me, my boyfriend is relatively out of shape, but I adore him. (He's 6'3, 300+pounds). And you can change the not being very athletic part if you REALLY want to. Anyway... the best thing to get her attention is just be her friend. Make sure you always treat her like a princess, but don't stalk her, don't talk about how she should break up with her boyfriend, etc, etc. Make her laugh, be her friend and if all else fails at least you have a friend. Ok first off I agree... you being a "big dude" won't stop you from doing anything unless you let it. Secondly... this girl has a boyfriend. You don't want to get in the way of that. Don't be one of those guys. There are plenty of chicks out there. Like you said, she is everything you want in a girl EXCEPT she has a boyfriend. That flaw is a BIG flaw. Don't go after the girl that is taken. Don't settle for someone else's girl. Give it time and who knows, maybe things will work themselves out. First of all, listen man you actually sound like a good guy. I do think you aren't really "in love", because I can tell you don't really know her well. Now if she is the type of girlfriend to leave one boyfriend for another right away then that is setting yourself up to possibly have the same thing happen to you. Now forget her, there are plenty of chicks in this world. One for every guy statistically. You need to work on your confidence which I think you are well aware of. If you think your weight is an issue then start jogging. I'm dead serious, that's what I did. Just get moving. Become athletic and not for her but yourself. Life is filled with ups and downs like right now you are having a tough time but it won't last. Listen you're in school right? You're going to graduate some day and make a name for yourself right? I think you'll be fine. So hard hat on, and get to working on getting your confidence up. Don't stop there get some hobbies, and possibly pick up an instrument.
