Have a Fujitsu T4215 with Intel 945GM graphics set. Trying to connect to Sansung lcd hdtv LN-T4069 over VGA cable. Problem is that I can not select the PC input in TV since it is greyed. It works with other laptops. As soon as I connect another notebook, the TV's input option to select PC input is enabled and I can select it. The problem is similar to the one in thread for Sony VAIO at https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/advice/t-36285.html.

I have updated to the latest BIOS and display driver. No help...
