I believe you are talking about getting a record explunged. How old were you when you were areested and were you found guilty?

Hello Leo:
You can only get convictions expunged, not your record of arrests. If you're talking about a conviction, you'll need to hire a lawyer.

Yes, your actual NCIC report remains the same regardless, but your public record can be cleard by having each convictoin expounged, each one has to be addressed separate in the courts they were done.
The judge will look at length of time with no criminal activitiy, and the number of total convictions. Also what you have done with your life since the last conviction, job history, education and more.
You will need an attorney

I don't know if this helps but I am 29 and I had a record pages long from when I was 18 through about 21 hanging with the wrong crowds and getting in trouble a lot but I have been out of trouble for 8years no arrest no convictions or nothing and my criminal closed case record only shows recent traffic tickets I don't know when it fell of exactly I went to the police station a few times and checked and normally they can pull up a closed case but I show nothing so that is proof that they have to fall off after a certain time but mines was misdemeanor cases in the state of Missouri so maybe that has something to do with it not sure, but my record is gone, nothing but current paid traffic tickets that's all that's showing. I would go to the station and see what all they are showing, but then again like I said I have not been in trouble at all in 8years straight so maybe that's why not really sure

Hello c:
If you were 60 years old THEN, just what kind of job is your record keeping you from getting?
