I have a Carrier 58ZAV075-101JC furnace that will not light. Unfortunately, the service and maintenance instruction for the 58ZAV that are on-line do not match my furnace. Specifically, the circuit board is different. My cb has a part number of CES0110057-00, it is mounted horz. (not on the blower), much larger that depicted in the diagram, and it does not have the LED code light.
So far it seems to run through the start-up properly (blower runs then inducer motor runs and then the igniter glow cherry red), then but will not light…no voltage goes to the gas valve. I jumped 24v off the transformer onto the gas valve and it opened-up so it is good. Additionally the duct is not restricted.
Can some one direct me to the proper maintenance instructions, or what should be my next logical step?

If the inducer motor runs and the ignitor glows all of the limits are closed and its ready for heat but if the gas valve never gets 24 volts from the control board than it's a bad control board. The CES011 board may not cost as much as some of the newer board but be expected to pay a few $ for the replacement board.
