What you wrote there sounds more like the stats of the cable like temperature tollerance, type and so on. Im assuming it's a cable for data transfer between to pc's? It should have a box on one of the ends or in the middle of the cable. It looks kind of like the one on the picture. If it does not have a little box then its just a plain regular usb cable that connects to devices.
Anyway on the box should be some kind of numbers or at least a FCCID Number over which you can find out the manufacturer. If there is nothing on the box there is one other way but check that first, the other way is a little more work intensive.
