Hi, my sister is in eight grade and she will be graduating next year on may. I'm wondering if anyone knows what kind of grants or scholarship there are in Illinois for incomming high school freshmens.

What type of scholarships are you looking for exactly? I believe that the type of scholarships available there are for incoming freshmen admitted to a college or university. If your sister is planning on attending a private high school, there may be scholarships available.

Check your library for Anthony Lesko's books. For years he's had the corner on the market for summarizing money resources for all sorts of things.

(He's the nutty guy you might see on TV commercials wearing a suit with question marks all over it. His books are very expensive)
