I have a 1996 honda civic with a 1.6 engine and it cranks no start. I have no spark or fuel pressure. I was told they had relay problems, so the master relay has already been changed and it still didn't change anything. There is no power to the fuel pump when the key is energized. Any help you can throw my way would be greatly appreciated.

Perform the tests in Sections A and B below:

. Be sure to run the Check Engine Light tests.

. Be sure to test all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter:

. Clean the 3-P main ECM ground on the thermostat housing.

. Run the K-Test on the ECM.

Is sign of a Big fuse or relay. I'm sure the inertia switch is ok(it opens upon impact, to interrupt power to fuel pump in an accident, and usually resettable by the owner, by pushing button, along side panel or firewall.
Look at Battery, Starter, and Fuse connections.
A Service Manual can save countless hours of tracing if involved.

Didn't see above post before sending. Looked like a lot of good info there.

I did not find a inertia switch or other relay under the dash. I did check for power at the main relay and when I grounded through the test light the gree/yellow wire on #8 the fuel pump ran but still no spark or fire.
