I have two new Honeywell Thermostats for separate systems.
The wiring on the first system is setup (4 wire) Blue to C, White to W, Green to G, Red to R, jumper from R to RH. The heater turns on, but the blower motor doesn't. I have to turn it to Fan On for heat to be circulated. Same with the AC. Compressor turns on, but blower is not turned on automatically.
The wiring on the second system is setup (5 wire) Blue to C, White to W, Green to G, Yellow to Y, Red to R, jumper from R to RH. Nothing happens at any setting for Heat or AC, but blower comes on when set to Fan On.
Any ideas? TJ

I have wired the thermos this way and the issue with the 4 wire is that the blower motor does not engage automatically. I here the heat pump turn on, but no blower.
Nothing happens with the 5 wire thermo connections. Not a sound, nothing engages at all.

I went up to the first unit and found that there were a number of wires not connected to anything. I have currently connected Black (Unit) to Green (Thermo), Red to Red, White to White, Orange to Blue, 3 Brown wires disconnected, 1 Blue wire disconnected. I figured out that the Red is the Hot wire, the Black/Green is the Fan, Orange/Blue is the Heat, and White is the Compressor. How do I wire this to the RTH7500 Thermo so that it works. I tried the config in the installation manual and no go. I still had to set the Fan to On to get the heat circulated.
On the second unit. Found that the White and Brown wires from the unit were not connected to anything. I'm going to wire to the correct setup per manual for the unit. Red to red thermo lead, White to white, Green to green, Orange to blue, Yellow to yellow, Brown to brown. The manual says the following for the wires, but when I connect to this setup on the RTH7500 thermo I only get the cooler to work.
Orange/Blue (O)
Red (R)
White (W2)
Yellow (Y)
Brown (C)
Green (G)
