I don't know, I'm not a doctor... your talking about inside your mouth, right? If so, you could have just bitten it without noticing, or it got scratched by something that you ate.

It sounds like you bit it to me too. It should disappear in a few days unless you keep irritating it.

Just don't irritate it with your tongue...
