I had never had a girlfriend, and when I finally do, I won't know how to make out when the time comes that she wants us to make out. This would be really embarrassing. What do I do?

By the way, I will not give out my age because I don't want the "You're still developing" stuff, because that's not really helping.

Edit: I actually did have a girlfriend once but she doesn't really count cause she used me and the only kissing we did was a peck. She lied and said she didn't know how to make out when actually she does and just didn't want to make out with me and that's just depressing. :(

Don't feel bad... kissing comes naturally just when the time is right it will come to you. There is no method or technique its just natural instincts

At 14 most kids don't know how to make out. It will come when the time is right. And remember she probably won't know how to make out either.

There is no way to properly "teach" someone how to make out, it just comes with experience, time, and maturity. When it happens nature will take over and you will do what is right.

to J_9,
My school is so weird. People in my grade are dating and making out in the hallways and such, and that makes it even worse cause I'm left out. )= But, I guess you're right. Not all 14 year olds know how to make out.

to Glimmer,
I will take your advice and hopefully I will do it right when the time comes.

Thank you two for your help.

Hey mate. I'm 13 and I've just made out. Some of my friends are always boasting about it and say your frigid if you don't. Trust me your not. Just close your eyes and go for it :) good luck!

You got some good answers here, and it does take time and practice, just like everything else in life.
The first time I got a kiss with inserted tongue, I was sure that I was pregnant! That's how dumb I was.. At least now you kids get educated in the way that you can communicate with each other and share experiences. Above all, you also get educated in the risks in making out too heavy... so always keep that in mind, please.
There are some cool sites where teens share their concerns and experiences, and believe me, everyone has issues compared to your's.

http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/15/15_9_16.gif (http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb001_ZSYYYYYYMXDE) A kiss is not just a kiss, it is sharing a feeling of wanting to be close, and will come naturally when the time is right.

Whatever you do just don't stick your tongue completely down her mouth and you should be OK.. haha
My preference is soft slow kisses with just a little tongue.. its sweeter than fast, wet, sloppy, too much tongue kisses.
Just be gentile.. you'll be fine

Is it also known as 'a french kiss'??
