I am a US citizen and live in Orlando Florida and feel I have been the victim of Immigration fruad. What is the proper procedure for fiiling an immagration fraud claim against my ex-wife and contact information for the proper authority.

If you want to go to the trouble, you write the Dept of Immigration and give them the details.

What exactly is the fraud, and what do you think the government is going to do? They do't go after the illegal immigrants that cross the border everyday, Or students who over stay their visas, so you are mad at your ex and want her thrown in jail or something I guess, in real life this is just not going to happen.

What happened? How long did you know her before marrying her? I agree with Fr. Chuck, most likely nothing will happen. You were either duped or willing to be duped to have this woman. Yes, you can contact Immigration Services and report this. Just do not hold your breath too long waiting for action.
