Ok so I miscarried last month at 5 weeks. I only bleed for 3 days with some clotting then spotted for only 2 -3 my dr sent me for an ultrasound to make sure that everything had passed and it was the ultrasound was clear but now I'm 3 days late on my period?? I have done a hpt but it was negative?? I am no feeling very tired not sure if I am pregnant again I hope so what else is making my period late as I am usually very regular I am going out of my brain wondering what is going on. I am having some mild cramping thinking that my period is about to come but nothing?? I want another baby so bad( I have twin daughters who are 6)i am only 21 so age has nothing to do with it. And please don't judge on my age age. We are married have a house and are very happy. Very upset and confused .:confused
We have been trying ever since...

Can I be pregnant??

I'm very sorry to hear that you miscarried. This traumatizes your body. It could affect your period for a while. Also, I would wait a few months before you and your husband start trying for another baby. Not only to let the stress on your body settle, but also for the emotional stress to settle. Good luck to you.

I am also very sorry that you miscarried. The thing is when you miscarry your body needs time to heal and it takes a while for the body to get back to a regular period. Sometimes it could take a couple of months to be able to get back to normal. Also like the above answer it is better to wait at least a couple of months again before trying to make sure everything is healed up properly. Hope this helps and patience is the key, you may be very excited to have more babies but I think you need to give it some time especially after having a miscarrige. Best of luck.

There is always the chanch of being pregnant again. After a miscarriage though it is hard to tell since you probaby have not had a regular period since.

Sorry to hear about your situation. I personally have never had a miscarriage but a friend of mines wife had one and the doctor told her to wait at least 3-4 months before she tries again. Give your body a chance to heal. Every time you start to stress about it remember that it meant it wasn't a strong pregnancy and it's better that this happened during this first trimester. It will happen more quick if you stop worrying. Good Luck!

Easy to say, but since you have never experienced it you do not know the emotions that a family goes through. Each situation is different and depending on the doctor gives different advice. I agree to wait for a couple of normal periods to past, but it also depends on how emotional of a wound this experience is. My wife has a miscarriage and it took a while to get over the experience but yes, I can say that with patience and healing that in time gives. It will bring a beautiful child into the world when the right time comes. It is hard for somebody to not stress or worry, it is a normal reaction.

To JesusHelper76-

I didn't right a response to a question you asked so please don't judge my answer. I have had trial and tribulations in my life when it comes to trying to get pregnant so Im not new to the game. No body has the perfect answer not even you!
