I have had 2 recurrent late miscarriages because of twisted and knotted umbilical cords.(according to pathology report)
I am seeming a Fertility Specialist and while he is wildly successful in our area, he is not definitively assessing our situation with concrete answers.
How can I prevent this from happening? Is it from an enlarged uterus, do I have a blood clotting disorder, or am I doomed to never successfully carry to full-term?
Please help.

Please be patient. We will answer when we get a chance. You see, we do this for free on our own free time and I, for one, was out having Thanksgiving Dinner.
Now, there is no way to prevent "knots" in umbilical cords. This is something that occurs no matter what we do and it is impossible to predict it.
Unfortunately there is not concrete answer. I will say that you are even lucky that you know what caused the miscarriage, most people haven't a clue.
Again there is no way to prevent this, and if it were to happen again, there is no way to "unknot" it.
I am so sorry you have had to go through this, it must be very hard on you.
