I have a Kenmore Refrigerator model # 106.70262990. Through different internet sites I have discovered the leak is from a frozen over or clogged drain for the self defrost in the freezer. I have removed the floor of the freezer and unplugged the refrigerator until the ice all melted that was pooled under the floor area, and have cleaned and mopped up the water that was leaking into the refrigerator and pooling under the vegetable bins. The drain WAS frozen over, but since being cleaned and the ice totally removed - it is still not draining. I don't know what to do next - will I need to take off the back of the refrigerator or can something be done from inside? I have already tried a little bleach on the drain to see if that would unclog it, but it doesn't seem to help. :(
Thanks for any help!

I realize this is 2+ years old. For others that have the same problem, I did the same thing. To finish is up, I poured (hot) boiling in the back pan to let it go down the drain. It eventually melts the ice plug in the drain tube. This works for a while but I still get the ice dam covering the drain. Anyone have a fix for this? How can I get or keep the drain warm so it doesn't freeze over? Thanks in advance.
