Im on the Diane 35ED contraceptive pill and I missed one hormonal tablet with only two more to go until the sugar tablet. I have heard about the 7 day rule where I must skip the sugar tablets and go straight onto the hormonal tablets. But id I do this I will be due for my period when I go on holidays for 9 days to the beach. I do not want to get my period then. Can you please help and tell me what I should do. Im very worried.
